WBG SW Florida, Inc. (WBG) traces its roots in Bonita Springs, Florida to 1984 when development, construction, and operations of Wild Pines of Bonita Bay was begun. At that time Bob Bachman, principal owner of WBG, managed the local division of Weitz Properties, Inc. which developed the first multi-family property in Bonita Bay. Wild Pines was designed to be a first time second home and short term rental property. The 105 unit complex has introduced countless visitors to southwest Florida. Many of these visitors subsequently became homeowners in Bonita Bay and the surrounding area. Over the years Weitz Properties and its employees developed, constructed, managed, and maintained nearly 300 residential units and 60,000 square feet of commercial space in Bonita Bay and the Bonita Springs area. In 1994 Bob Bachman purchased the operating division of Weitz Properties and formed WBG SW Florida, Inc. Over time, WBG moved from a development oriented company to a rental management and maintenance/remodeling firm. Today, WBG's primary employees have been with the firm for over 20 years each and have a vast knowledge of the local rental and maintenance/remodeling activities in the area. WBG still manages many of the Wild Pines rental properties as well as numerous homes and condominiums in the area. Having lived in Bonita Springs for over 30 years we have seen many changes and additions to the area. These changes have brought many new homes, businesses, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and amenities to our area.
